- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Remove from oven and top each pepper with shredded cheese, if desired. Return to oven uncovered for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!

**Tip: For a twist, try using ground beef or turkey in place of the venison and feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini, carrots or mushrooms. You could also try mixing different cheeses together for the topping. Enjoy!**
Note: This recipe works well with any type of ground meat and can also be made with vegetarian ingredients by omitting the meat and replacing it with vegetables, beans or tofu. Feel free to experiment and find your perfect stuffed pepper combination! Enjoy!
