- 2/3 c. Flavored Breadcrumbs
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 med Chopped Onion or 1 T Onion flakes
- 1 tsp. Salt
- FOR THE MEATLOAF SAUCE:
- 3 T. Brown Sugar
- ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
- ¼ c. Catsup
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
Combined all ingredients and mix well.
Then place in the loaf pan, packing it lightly.
Place on center rack in oven and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
