Another great hunting image from one of our many readers – Jordan Anderson @utahpointers and his two German Shorthaired Pointers
Jordan Anderson took a detour to Willows, CA as a member of the Willows Pheasant Association with his two German Shorthaired Pointers Nike and Chief, and his wife, Amanda. Together, it took them < 15 minutes to limit out on an opening day with two beautiful pheasants each.
Nike locked up on this gorgeous bird. Chief honored him as steady and strong. Jordan figured that he had to reward their work by getting that bird for them.
Hunting as a family is a joy to us. Shooting pheasants is fun but even better than that is watching our dogs work and spending time together in the great outdoors.
