Wild Turkey Teriyaki Kabobs
Equipment
- 12 Wooden skewers
Ingredients
- 12 Boneless turkey breasts cut into 1 1/2" cubes
- 3 Large Bell peppers cut into 8 pieces
- 3 Zucchini cut into 8 pieces
- 24 Chunks Pineapple
- 1 Bottle Teriyaki marinade
Instructions
- Place turkey in a re-sealable freezer bag and add marinade - Leave for 2 hours in the fridge or ice chest
- Assemble kabobs by placing turkey, zucchini, pineapple, and pepper chunks on the skewer
- Grill 4-6" from medium coals for 15-20 minutes, brushing frequently with marinade until turkey is cooked
