These Wild Turkey Teriyaki Kabobs are a fantastic way to add some exciting flavor to your harvest. Easy to prepare and perfect for grilling after a day in the woods, these kabobs are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Wild Turkey Teriyaki Kabobs - Traditional Japanese style - Done the American way!

Equipment

  • 12 Wooden skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Boneless turkey breasts cut into 1 1/2" cubes
  • 3 Large Bell peppers cut into 8 pieces
  • 3 Zucchini cut into 8 pieces
  • 24 Chunks Pineapple
  • 1 Bottle Teriyaki marinade

Instructions
 

  • Place turkey in a re-sealable freezer bag and add marinade - Leave for 2 hours in the fridge or ice chest
  • Assemble kabobs by placing turkey, zucchini, pineapple, and pepper chunks on the skewer
  • Grill 4-6" from medium coals for 15-20 minutes, brushing frequently with marinade until turkey is cooked
