It’s the news every hunter in the Grand Canyon State has been waiting for: The Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD) has officially released the draw results for the highly anticipated 2026 spring hunts! Now is the time to find out if your dedicated time, effort, and bonus points have paid off with a coveted permit-tag.
The results—which include tags for species like spring turkey, javelina, and bear—are available exclusively online, meaning you need to take immediate action to check your status.

Don’t Forget Your Permit-Tag Delivery!
If you were successful in the draw, the next critical step is ensuring you receive your tag on time.
AZGFD anticipates mailing all traditional hunt permit-tags by November 26th. However, if you’re a fan of convenience and modern technology, you have the option for an electronic tag:
- Go Digital with E-Tag: If you downloaded the free Arizona E-Tag mobile app (available on Apple and Google Play stores) and opted-in to receive an electronic tag in your portal account by the October 20th deadline, you will receive your tag electronically.
Conservation Note: Your License Funds Wildlife
As you prepare for your spring hunt, remember that AZGFD operates on a funding model largely supported by the hunting community. The department receives no general fund tax dollars, meaning the majority of resources used to manage Arizona’s 800+ native wildlife species come directly from license sales and fees paid by hunters and anglers. Your participation is conservation in action!
